Nice and calm location with a new built facility, needs to improve service level and food.
Nice facilities, new and clean
Below average service and food. Two restuarants neither of them up to standard. New years gala dinner took all effort of the staff and Pushing guests to super expensive poor buffets.

Beautiful hotel
Beautiful room, comfy bed, private beach
Hotel itself very beautiful but isolated, there was nothing around, you need to take shuttle bus(cost money) to closest town or to Khao Lak center to restaurants and bars, food at hotel quite disappointed was not up to Pullman standards.
