Wonderful
Very helpful Staff, Room size, Quality of facilities, cleaness, Breakfast, location- in front of the beach
Pillow option, Minibar price, bar price, food price ( European Big cities high street price) Kram restaurant food quality is not satisfactory. Staff's English ability is quite limited. Dining buffet manu is a lotto. Not always deserve 30euro.

Beautiful room, comfy bed, private beach
Hotel itself very beautiful but isolated, there was nothing around, you need to take shuttle bus(cost money) to closest town or to Khao Lak center to restaurants and bars, food at hotel quite disappointed was not up to Pullman standards.

Nice, but too isolated.
Close to the beach, actually the resort is on the beach. Big outdoor swimming pool. Very beautiful views. The smell of the mold at the room we get was too terrible, so we were kindly offered to change the room, although we had an opportunity to cancel the reservation till 18:00, which is after we checked in. It was very nice option to have. But it took us two hours ride to get there, so we chose to stay. The resort is very photogenic and the staff is very helpful, friendly and polite.
The two-bedrooms suite was actually a one-bedroom with two additional beds between a bedroom and the entrance. No soap at the toilet, which was separated from the bathroom. The resort was pretty much isolated and far from the Koah Lak town (about 20 min away by car). The weather was not so great, so we stayed at the hotel almost all the time, but the original plan was to travel around. Of course it’s not a hotel’s fault. The resort has two restaurants, one is one the beach. The food was not so great, but we found a very nice Italian place at the town of Koah Lak.
